Just after the Spring Festival this year, the leadership team of the material company led business personnel to conduct quality follow-up visits to users of units under Great Wall Drilling. They conducted in-depth discussions and investigations on the production site, registered and photographed products with problems; A comprehensive internal quality inspection was conducted on 7 warehouses, and on-site sampling inspections were conducted on the appearance identification and quantity of key products. In the shortest possible time, the material company identified the main problems in material services and solemnly promised to achieve "zero defects" in material product quality.
A "quality rectification storm" quickly erupted in material companies: investigating and punishing a batch of substandard, short weight, and counterfeit products, reporting exposure to domestic and foreign secondary units and suppliers, demonstrating the determination and strength to improve quality management; Organizational personnel conduct on-site investigations and assessments on the qualifications, production equipment and facilities, production processes, product inspections, and raw material inspections of multiple product manufacturers with concentrated quality issues. For suppliers with serious quality problems, measures such as clearing the market, suspending procurement of some products, and returning or exchanging non-conforming products are taken.
Based on the product sampling situation and common issues reported by users, the material company focuses on oily products, expands the coverage of sampling types, monitors key materials, and develops sampling plans to cover 19 major categories and 58 subcategories of materials. The material company also cooperates with 30 third-party inspection agencies represented by the Dagang Oilfield Testing and Supervision Evaluation Center to carry out quality inspection work.
To control the quality of procurement, we need to start from the source. Therefore, the material company has launched a series of measures to improve the quality of the enterprise in the special quality management work. In the first eight months of this year, the material company invited the disciplinary inspection and supervision department to participate in and supervise more than 150 business activities such as material bidding and procurement, quality supervision, price verification, contract management, and supplier assessment, listening to opinions and suggestions. In order to promote sunshine procurement, the material company organized and implemented the "Standardized Material Procurement Business Disclosure" as an efficiency supervision project in 2012, focusing on strengthening process control and forming a closed-loop management model from project research preparation, project initiation, organization and implementation, supervision and inspection, and notification and evaluation.
At the beginning of this year, the e-commerce platform project of the material company, which had undergone several years of research and development, was officially launched. Unlike traditional material management models, this platform provides greater convenience for material management and procurement.
